Cate Walter, CEO at health and safety consultancy, Rhino Safety, wanted to implement a comms solution that would help to unify the team. “We've looked at things over the years but nothing has really fit with our company culture and values.

As a company with a mixture of hybrid and remote workers, and office-based staff. Cate wanted a recognition solution that would appeal to everyone.

When it came to launching the scheme and encouraging activation and Platform usage, the Reward Team took a multifaceted approach, making full use of their company comms and company branded My Staff Shop resources to ensure everyone knew about the Platform.

Since launching the new Platform with the Fanmail integration, the team is so much more aligned. Cate reports happier employees and better communication when employees have have successes, wins, or when someone has done a great job. “Across the board, everybody has shown their appreciation. They embody the Rhino Safety core values, and it has made us feel more unified as a business."
